[vtkusers] Compile flags...

When you run ccmake, if you look at the bottom of the screen you'll see a 
short description of each flag.

Specifically, the VTK_USE_HYBRID flag enables compilation of the "vtkHybrid" 
library. What is the vtkHybrid library, you ask? It's the library that 
contains all of this:
http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/Hybrid/Basically, most
of the 2d/3d hybrid filters/widgets.
