[vtkusers] VTK for mobile platforms

Hi Mathieu,

I saw your thread on you describing a rendering window implemented on 
Windows CE. However, I could not see any continuation of the thread 
regarding whether VTK is being ported to use OpenGL ES and any demos you 
have running on mobile platforms. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
