[vtkusers] compute a geodesic distance

You can do a "pseudo-geodesic" distance using the Dijkstra class available
here:

http://www2.imm.dtu.dk/~rrp/VTK/

(I have not used it for a while, so beware of compilation errors).

The "Real Thing" to do is to use a fast marching method. However, this is
still to be implemented/available in VTK.
