[vtkusers] error C2664: 'SetInput' : cannot convert parameter 1 from 'class vtkImageData *'

Ok, the problem is, in a FAQ, you expect the titles of the subsections
to be either questions or problem descriptions, not solutions. Anyway,
let's keep both: there is now no excuse to ask this kind of question on
the mailing list :-)
