[vtkusers] wkVTKRWI with customized event handling?

That works a lot better now! However, the default callbacks are still being
triggered even though when looking at vtkInteractorStyle::ProcessEvents
source it seems they should not. What's going on?

1. Try adding the event directly to the widget, i.e. not the
vtkInteractorStyle.
2. If this doesn't work, upgrade your wxVTKRenderWindowInteractor. I made
some changes recently that might be relevant to the behaviour that you're
seeing.
