[vtkusers] Mac OSX Build.

I built vtk on OSX  10.4 (Tiger) with the Carbon  framework. Built fine. 
However,
when I run some of teh examples, it does not accept the keyboard events 
- the keyboard
events is tied to the terminal from which the application was started 
from (I was
trying ..../Examples/Cone5).   Something to do with the Mac environment.

Let me know if anybody has solved this. Thanks.
