[vtkusers] vktFLTK build errors (Mac OS X)

Hi Marius,

   The problem that you are having does not seem to be with the vtkFLTK 
library itself, but with the Canny example. API and hierarchical changes 
in the CVS repository versus VTK 4.4.x are the likely cause. Thank you 
for bringing this to my attention. I will correct for this in the next 
release.
