[vtkusers] Exporting vtkScalarBarActor

Hi,

I'm writing a POV-Ray exporter for VTK and I have a problem with
exporting vtkScalarBarActors. The problem is that vtkScalarBarActor
hides all internally used actors used for e.g. the text labels. Is
there any other way to gain access to these sub-actors? If not, may I
propose an interface change for vtkScalarBarActor such that it is
possible to access these internally used actors?
