[vtkusers] Problem with vtkPolyData

Hello vtk users,

I made my own vtkPolyData by inserting points and scalars then I set it as 
Input in a vtkAppedPolyData, but when I got the output of the 
vtkAppedPolyData and wrote it in a file the file was empty.  I tried the 
same with the output of a filter that returns a PolyData and the data was 
written correctly so I think the problem is that I need to update my 
PolyData or something like that.  I tried with Update but I got the same 
result. Can anyone help me?
