[vtkusers] read a tiff file wich 3D data

Hello , every one,
I want to read one single tiff file with 3D -RGB data using 
vtkTIFFReader, but it didn't work , the reader seems to only load  2D data.
Can any one tell me , how should I do ?  Or , which parameters should  I 
add ?
