[vtkusers] The class vtkRecursiveSphereDirectionEncoder puzzled me, can anybody help?

  Can anyone tell me the meanings of outersize,innersize and gridsize used in class vtkRecursiveSphereDirectionEncoder? Any information you provide maybe a great help.
