[vtkusers] CVS build and include directory

Hello,
I just built VTK from CVS and wonder how I can use the build. I built
with shared libs and rpath. I planned to use the build in-place (so I
can e.g. test newer builds) but I dont feel OK about includes. They are
still scattered all over the source tree. Shouldnt they be in one
directory in the build tree? What is the clean way to go here?
