[vtkusers] Compiling VTK Java Bindings on Mac OS X 10.4.3

[MGS]

1)  I have been successful building from the current
CVS repository (thank you!)

2)  I was using the VTK tarball for 4.2

3)  Line 1141 was in fact the last line of the file in
question.

Now comes the fun bit of trying to get it to cooperate
with the Cocoa environment and Java...
