[vtkusers] volume rendering of a series of DICOM files.

Hi All.

I have a series of DICOM files from a CT scan- I'm able to read them in
using the DICOMreader, and display them one after the other movie-like,
but what I'm really after is being able to volume-render them. Can
anyone share a code snippet that does that?
