[vtkusers] QVTK Widget not appears in Qt Designer

I had the same problem. What I did was a simple trick.
Just open any .ui file from the examples using
qtDesigner then copy the QVTKWidget from that example
and paste it into your own .ui file, the QVTKWidget
will be added to your designer.
