[vtkusers] newbe question:CPP or Java!

Hello all,
I am just a newbe in VTK.Could you please tell me which language i should use for vtk programming; C++  or Java . If a user has got a problem while software implementation,which case will facilitate more help from the vtk community-- C++  or Java?
