[vtkusers] How can I load files (*.txt)

Hi All, 
I want to load a file (names_country.txt) with these names into :
********************
canada 
usa
mexico
.... (all america)
******************
I have already drawn the america map, 
but I don't know how to load this file to show the names in each country..

Could you help me to solve this problem, please..
(I'd like to know what function i must use... )


Need any ones help...
