[vtkusers] the maximumal value in the vtkscalarbar

Hi,

in the lookuptable the range is from 0 to 150, but the scalarbar
showing on the renderwindow always from 0-1.0. The vtk document just
says:

''Typically, the number of colors shown in the scalar bar is not equal
to the number of colors in the lookup table, in which case sampling of
the lookup table is performed.'

Can I change the text label of scalarbar to what I want? here i just
want it from 0 to 150.
