[vtkusers] VTK+Java wrapping on Mac OS X

I'm pretty sure the Java wrappings are basically totally broken on the
Mac with vtk 4.4.  The good news is that it works (I haven't tried
though) with vtk 4.5/5.0.  Get vtk from cvs and try again.
