[vtkusers] more ATI compatibility issues

Hello all,

I'm running into a new ATI compatibility issue with VTK. I have a dual
monitor setup, my second monitor being controlled by an ATI RADEON
X700 Pro card. Everytime I drag the vtk MDI sample app to the second
monitor, I will immediately get a crash with windows XP complaining
about a segmentation fault in:

atioglxx.dll      6.14.10.4516

Should I simply try updating the drivers for my ATI card or is there
some other course of action I should follow?
