[vtkusers] help

dear vtk's user ,i meet a problem when use vtkVectorText in c++;:
	vtkVectorText	*atext;atext=vtkVectorText::New();
error:
error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) public: static class vtkVectorText * __cdecl vtkVectorText::New(void)" (__imp_?New at vtkVectorText@@SAPAV1 at XZ)
Debug/console.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals
Error executing link.exe.
