[vtkusers] help with Mac OS X 10.4.2

Hi,

I am trying to build VTK on my new Mac laptop. I am running OS X  
10.4.2. I tried building VTK 4.2 and failed. Now I am trying to build  
the current source code from CVS but still getting the following error

I'm new to Macs and I have heard that it can be difficult to build  
VTK on this platform. But the dashboard is showing that it is  
possible :) I'm sure this has been discussed before. If someone could  
point me at the right place that would be great.
