[vtkusers] Molecule structure.

Hello,

I am newby in VTK and Visualization, and I am searching tips for make a 
molecule structure...

I have a array of actors, one by an atom in my molecule...

It functions well, but when the molecule has more than 100,000 atoms, the 
renderization is very slow.

Can you help me?
