[vtkusers] installing vtk 4.4....problems with Cmake and msdev

Hi,

I've tried installing VTK 4.4. i have downloaded it from the kitware homepage.
unfortunately, i'm not familiar with cmake and msdev. i dont understand
the "PC installation" instructions in the README.html file that is included in
the VTK 4.4 zip-package. i cant understand step 3) of the instructions. i can't find
a file named VTK.dsw !?! could anyone help me with that and tell me how to
proceed with msdev after having executed CMakeSetup ??
