[vtkusers] vtkPolyDataMapper & Memory Management

Hi Randall,

That comment is from version 1.21 (dated Jan. 8, 2001) of 
vtkPolyDataMapper.h.  That feature was added in that version and 
subsequently removed, but the comment was not updated.
