[vtkusers] volume displayed outside of its outline box.

Don't know if anybody else noticed this bug.
For vtk4.2 running on redhat Fedora. The bottom volume
slice is displayed outside of its outline bounding box.

This problem can be exaggerated by only displaying
two slices only and set the slice distance to a large number,
such as100. As shown in the attached screen shot, the green
box meant to be the bounding outline for the volume and
the yellowbox is the bounding box for the shape extracted,
the two mis-aligned.

I am using pretty much the same code as Examples/medical.
Anybody knows a solution? Pointer/C++ code appreciated.
