[vtkusers] Question about smooth tube

Everyone,My Question:
These have some points in 3D spaces. I want to link them with one smooth tube(Maybe interpolation beween points), and chage tube radius and color with scale attached with every point. I try to use vtkstreamline and vtkTubeFilter and fail. Who could give some advice to me? Thanks.
