[vtkusers] 3D modeling

hi all,

I have slices of a bone. I'm able to reconstruct the 3D model of the 
bone struction, but what I want is ti reconstruct the non-bone structure 
.... I have binarize my volume in a way that bone is 255 and non-bone is 
0 .. what ever I tried to reconstruct I always have wheter the bone 
structure, or nothing ( background ) ...
 ... I also thought on ... get the bone structure, then create a full 
volume of the same size and make the substraction .. though I'll get the 
non-bone structure .. but I don't know how to create a model full with 
of the same volume  and how to subtract it ...

Hope someone may help ..... in fact yes I'm nex to VTK ;-)
