[vtkusers] VtkLODProp problems

Hi Massimo,

Did you set the StillUpdateRate (rate for after rotation has stopped) and 
DesiredUpdateRate (rate during rotation) on the 
vtkRenderWindowInteractor?  (Update rate is measured in frames per 
second.)  Take a look at VTK/Examples/VolumeRendering/Tcl/volSimpleLOD.tcl.
