[vtkusers] when using VTK_CONVEX_POINT_SET certain functions do not work such as extracting edges and labeling points

When I use cells of type VTK_CONVEX_POINT_SET certain things do not work such as extracting edges and labeling points.
 
Why is this, and how can I do it?
