[vtkusers] Interactively modifying 3D models?

Hi,

I have a bunch of 3D models displayed in A VTK window, loaded from a bunch 
of model files. Is there a way I can interactively modify individual models? 
By interactively modify I mean: moving the model to a new position in a 
scene( translate), and rotate a model. Then could I be able to save this new 
scene as new model files? (reverse process)

I really appreciate any help.
