[vtkusers] how to compute a curvature and normal of a point for a given point clouds

Hi,
 
I want to register two points clouds with ICP. But to avoid converging to a local minima, I want to take in to acount the normal and curvature of each point. Please can you advise me how to compute a oriented normal and curvature for each point (x,y,z) of point clouds.
