[vtkusers] Win32RenderWindowInteractor usage

Dear All,
 
I've been trying to find a sample of rendering using vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor but I couldn't find any. I wonder how it is different to vtkRenderWindowInteractor and more importantly how mouse events can be triggered in this class.
