[vtkusers] vtkImagePlaneWidget - How to get the plane dimensions???

Hi,
Is there a way to retrieve the plane size of a vtkImagePlaneWidget.
I know the dimensions if the plane has the volume size, but once
it is rotated and resize, how can I retrieve its size.
