[vtkusers] animation and interaction at the same time

Hi all vtk users!

Im currently writing an app where I animate  FEM calcualtions. Now I wnat to interact (zoom and rotate) the data at the same time.

How do I approach this? Is multithreading the best way? or how to approach it?
If you have any good ideas please let me know. I havent approached multithreading in vtk, are there any examples?
