[vtkusers] java pipeline browser

hi steve, i was looking for the same a while ago and wrote a little 
"proof-of-concept" test in java. it's very primitive...but if you're 
interested I could send it to you. I don't have the time to develop 
something serious, but I would be very interested if somebody else does...
