[vtkusers] How to update the *.h?

Now I am using vtk 4.0,but I find a new version of vtkRenderWindow, I want to implement the function SetCurrentCursor().Only to add the new vtkRenderWindow.h to replace the old one is useless,and many errors appear.
How to do?
