[vtkusers] use vtkPolyData to define vector

Hi :
    I want to visual a surface with normal vector on it, i got that vtkHedgeHog done this, but how can i denote the vector in vtkPolyData, for  vtkHedgeHog->SetInput  is vtkPolyData.
