[vtkusers] Extending VTK with a new filter and wrap it

Hello,

I would like to wrap a Vtk filter in Tcl.
This filter is particular: it needs an object defined in a library. So I have to
wrap the filter and the library.
Your wrapper seems to be specific to vtk code. I would like not to have to
modify this library.

Do you think I should write a front-end for this library? Or you may have a
better idea?
