[vtkusers] Is it a bug of vtkMetaImageWriter?

Hi Mathieu,

I generated a small 3D image with 32x32x128 and test the MetaImageWriter on 
it. The writer works just fine! I will carefully go through my previous 
codes to see if it is my own problem. Thanks!
