[vtkusers] vtkContourFilter produces inconstistent meshes

Hi Bill,

we have installed VTK 4.4, but I cannot find the 
vtkDiscreteMarchingCubes class in the source files.
Where is it located? Are you sure that it is available already in the 
4.4 version?
