[vtkusers] disable vtk interactor rotations

Hello!
i'm using vtkimageplanewidget to display slice from 3d volume. i add to 
my window interactor fro zooming and other capabilties. however i want 
to disable the rotation options from the interactor. do someone know how 
can i do it?
