[vtkusers] Cavity Filling + Morphological Opening

Hi Michnay,

At least the morphological opening is easy to implement....
 From the VTK documentation: "...vtkImageOpenClose3D performs opening or 
closing by having two vtkImageErodeDilates in series...."
