[vtkusers] How to set SetFilePrefix?

Hi Amy
I tried to run the medical1.cxx file but i guess it doesnot get the input images correctly. After compiling i get only a bounding box with out any volume. How do we set the SetFilePrefix option correctly and also what should be the path to place the "quarter" folder.
