[vtkusers] BoxWidget + VolumeMapper errors

Mathieu,

I was trying to nail down the apparent bug and it had been
a long day... didn't skip down one line in the doxygen 
vtkAbstractMapper entry ...

Did anyone try /Examples/GUI/Tcl/VolumeRenderWithBoxWidget.tcl ??
