[vtkusers] Stereo rendering

QVTKRenderWindowInteractor inherits QWidget, the renderer was not capable of stereo renderering. I made the QVTKRenderWindowInteractor inherit the QGLWidget from the pygl module instead, and voilá: Stereo rendering!

Maybe you should try vtkqt which already inherits from QGLWidget.
