[vtkusers] Print & PrintSelf methods

Hi,

The Print() & PrintSelf methods seem to fail (on WindowsXP) platform. The
error has smth do
with mutexing of the stream. Perhaps my using of these functions is
erroneous, although it seems to be
rather straightforward. Are there any working examples of these functions?
