[vtkusers] very big 3D model from CT

Hello vtk users,
 
Sometime, when I use vtk to build very big 3D model (whole skull) reading
Medical CT axials, I get no 3D model. If I read a small number of axials it
works well. There is a limit of axials I can read? There is a limit about
the dimension of models?
