[vtkusers] Filter to merge several lines into a single polyline?

Jean-Dominique,

	Change:

LinePoly->SetLines((cutStrips->GetOutput())->GetLines());

into

LinePoly->SetPolys(cutStrips->GetOutput()->GetLines());
