[vtkusers] DICOM with lossless JPEG compression

DyXin,

	You might have to give a try to GDCM:

http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/Public/Gdcm/

	It comes with a vtkGdcmReader class, easy to use. BTW, if you are using 
ITK, there is already an itkGDCMImageIO available.

Ps: reads jpeg8, jpeg12, ljpg, and lots of broken DICOM images.
